All orders are packaged in our eco-friendly materials and ship from Puerto Rico via USPS within 1–7 business days.

 

U.S. Shipping

All U.S. orders include tracking.

  Delivery in 5–8 business days
• Priority Shipping – $12
  Delivery in 3–4 business days
• Priority Express Shipping – $50
  Delivery in 1–2 business days

Free U.S. Shipping on all orders over $100

Shipping rates are calculated by weight and displayed at checkout.

 

International Shipping

All international orders ship via USPS

• Standard International Shipping – $25
  Delivery in 6–12 business days

• Priority Express International Shipping – $82
  Delivery in 3–5 business days

Important:

International tracking is only available while the package is within the U.S. Once it leaves the U.S., updates may no longer appear per USPS policy.

Shipping Policy

Once your order is shipped, UCHŪ is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered packages.

• We do not offer refunds for packages lost or delayed in transit.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is ready to ship.
• Please stay up to date with tracking to ensure safe delivery.
• If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for any reshipment fees.
